Are you struggling to control your temper? Do you find that you are angry at anything or anyone for no apparent reason? Perhaps you are feeling Jealous of a friend or a lover and your actions are beginning to get unreasonable?

This is surprisingly common and it can be Promptly and Actively Managed. We will work together to bring about a positive change of behaviour and allow you to work through the cause of the problem. We will enable you to become a better bear and feel much more in control of your feelings and actions towards others.

The Primary Aim is always to get you to a Manageable point as quickly as possible, not to keep going for months!  Some people want or need more sessions than others.  Your anger or jealousy can become more managed in one session, but you may wish to book a further session or two as sometimes you may discover other things that you would like to work on. On average 3 sessions is a reasonable amount of time to expect to need.
