The simple fact is that in order for you to lose weight, you need to eat less and move more right?

Whilst this is true, Clinical Hypnotherapy techniques can help you to find your path to losing that weight and enable you to keep yourself there in the longer term.  Essentially, to have more chance of success, you really need to :

  • be Present when you eat,

  • be Active for some of the day, 

  • be Mindful of what and why you eat so that  you are equipped to 

  • Positively change and Align your Mindet to achieve long term success.

We will work together to  tailor a plan that suits you and your longer term goals - you will not be alone and there will be plenty for you to do between sessions to keep you motivated. At the end of the day, the goals  we set need to be Possible...Achievable...Managable...  With an aligned mindset you will see results and you will feel all the better for it.

Weight loss is not a quick fix. You will need to be committed to change and you will see lasting results.  If you are on prescribed medication or have an underlying health condition, please make sure that you have discussed Clinical Hypnotherapy as a treatment option with your GP.
